Venue: Avalon Legacy Ranch (“we,” “us,” “our”)
These Terms outline general rules for using our website and venue for private events such as memorials and celebrations of life. If there is any conflict, your signed Venue Agreement controls. By using this site or booking an event, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes, Holds, and Bookings
Quotes are informational only. Dates are confirmed only after we receive a signed Venue Agreement and the required payment stated in that agreement.

2) Payments, Security Deposit, and Refunds
Payment schedules, deposits, and refund eligibility are defined in your Venue Agreement. If a balance is unpaid, we may cancel services per that agreement.

3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and reschedule options, timelines, and any related fees are governed by your Venue Agreement. Please review it for details.

4) Event Access & Hours
Access to the property is limited to your contracted timeframe. Early arrival or late departure is not permitted unless agreed in writing as described in your Venue Agreement.

5) Alcohol, Bartending, and Security
Alcohol service must follow our venue policies and applicable law. A licensed, approved bartending service is required when alcohol is served. Security requirements are outlined in your Venue Agreement.

6) Vendors, Insurance, and Deliveries
We allow outside vendors subject to our policies and proof of insurance where required. Delivery, load-in, and load-out must occur within your contracted access times, as detailed in your Venue Agreement.

7) Décor, Candles, and Fire Features
All décor must protect the property. Open flame and fire features are permitted only as allowed by venue policies, weather conditions, and local regulations. See your Venue Agreement for approved uses.

8) Pets and Accessibility
Pets are allowed only under our venue rules (including behavior, supervision, and cleaning) and any required forms. Accessibility assistance is available within the natural limitations of the property.

9) Parking, Safety, and Conduct
On-site parking is provided as available. You are responsible for guest and vendor conduct. We may remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

10) Spaces and Weather Plan
Indoor and outdoor locations are available subject to weather and safety. We’ll help you implement a practical plan within venue capabilities. Final options are described in your Venue Agreement.

11) Photography, Media, and Privacy
Photo access during your rental is permitted per venue rules. With your consent, we may use non-sensitive event images for venue marketing. If you prefer privacy, notify us in writing before the event.
​
12) Damage and Cleaning
You are responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by your event, guests, or vendors. Deductions and charges follow the process in your Venue Agreement.

13) Website Terms of Use
All website content is owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy or misuse the site. We may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

14) Privacy
Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
​
15) Disclaimers & Liability
The venue and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in your Venue Agreement and applicable law.

16) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable state law. Dispute resolution procedures are set forth in your Venue Agreement.

17) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.
